Students should file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as possible, preferably at least one month prior to the college’s priority date to allow adequate time for processing. Applications received by the priority dates will be considered for the maximum amount of grant aid.

The college’s priority dates are April 1st for Fall and Spring and March 1st for Summer.

Although you should strive to meet the college’s priority dates, you can still file the FAFSA after that date has passed. On the other hand, you may not qualify for the same amount of aid if the priority date is missed.
